MC7750 & MC7354 Verizon Data Throughput Issues

We have passed all Verizon tests including TIS and TRP type tests.
We are now performing Band 13 data throughput related tests and are really struggle on five of the subtests below to pass the required minimum data throughput threshold:
3.6.2.1 – Closed loop special multiplexing (two layers) with 64-QAM modulation and fading – Lower Limit DL 35600, UL 19000 – actual result= DL 38135, UL 3604
3.6.2.2 – Downlink closed loop spatial multiplexing (two layers) with fading – Lower Limit DL 16000, UL 19000 – actual results= DL 21705, UL 5460
3.8.2.1 IPv4 – Downlink closed loop spatial multiplexing (two layers) with 64-QAM modulation – Lower Limit DL 51600 – actual results= DL 43853
3.8.2.1 IPv6 – Downlink closed loop spatial multiplexing (two layers) with 64-QAM modulation – Lower Limit DL 51600 – actual results= DL 43401
3.9.2.1 – Closed loop spatial multiplexing (two layer) with 64-QAM modulation and fading – Lower Limit DL 35600, UL 19000 – actual results= DL 36925, UL 3826

Any ideas on what could be causing this or what could improve data throughput on these tests?
