We are getting the following error on a subset of MC7700 (rev 04) 1101367 “Device driver software was not successfully installed”.
Since there is no way to communicate with the devices at this point what should be our next step.

which driver version are you using? did you installed the driver properly?

Update:
We have loaded Drivers QMI Build 4208 and we now are able to see the MC7700 (1101367) on WIN7. However CM QMI Build 4202 is showing the device as “No modem found”.
We also have a batch of MC7700 1102026 we have no problem with these devices.
Any suggestions?
