MC7430 FW upgrade failed

Hi,

I try to upgrade MC7430 in windows and I got error message.

Enabling selective suspend ...
Firmware download failed.
Primary error code: 77 - Failed in streaming download stage.
Secondary error code: 68 - Received incorrect response.
Device error code: 0x0 - Unknown device error code.

How can I solve it ?

what do you see in device manager?
Are you using the latest exe in SOURCE website?

I don’t want to use latest FW exe, so I choose “9999999_9904609_SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00_00_GENERIC_002.072_001.exe” or “9999999_9904609_SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00_00_GENERIC_002.072_000.exe” to upgrade FW to test it.

The device will be QDLOADER then disappear.

how about using latest FW SWI9X30C_02.38.00.00?
