LX60 Verizon Firmware

I am trying to commission a new LX60 but it is not registering on the Verizon Cat-M1 network. The device came with ATT and generic firmware, but no Verizon firmware. The Verizon firmware available on the LX60 download page is not compatible with the WP7702 module.

Is there Verizon firmware available, or should the generic version work for Verizon?

Did you find an answer for this? Working through the same issue now.

Any further progress or guidelines on this?
I’ve manually assigned our verizon APN…
tried setting the carrier via AT tool.

I’ve tried updating the generic firmware with the WP7603 module.

I have a known working antenna and Sim (they both worked in a Rv50).
This radio card does not support Verizon’s network, I don’t know why they market it as Verizon compatible.

So it doesn’t appear that the model radio card that came equipped in my LX60 (WP7603) is compatible (probably why its not a driver option)… However it doesn’t sound like yours is either (even though its on Verizon’s module list)… I cant seem to get anything with the “generic” operator and firmware.

Its frustrating because we used to order the gx440\450 based on carrier (had specialty part numbers), and now i have to send this back without any guidance from Sierra.
