EM7355 will not connect to Verizon LTE

Looking for some help with my EM7355 installed in a Panasonic CF-31 Toughbook.

Another tech was doing some testing and put a T-Mobile SIM card into this specific laptop. Now when trying to switch back to our primary Verizon SIM card it will not connect to the Verizon LTE network. It will connect to the slower 1x network. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, and tried both the Verizon and Generic firmware from Sierra Wireless. When I initially install the generic firmware it will reconnect to LTE, but then upon restart it defaults back to the VZW firmware which will not allow it to connect to LTE.

Any recommendations? When I use the AT!PRIID? command it will only give me the VZW firmware as an option and will not allow me to select the generic one as the default.

Also to note, this laptop worked without any issues before the T-Mobile SIM card was inserted into it.
