FZ-55 LTE Connection with EM7511

Good Afternoon, New to this Forum. Hoping for some help.
I have a FZ-55A0601VM that I need to be on ATT LTE for work use. The machine has a PCI Slot for a card. I installed a EM7511 in the slot. Loaded the Sierra Wireless Drivers but the machine still does not see the card. I have tried giving the Optional Kit Config code 14 as I read in another site, but this does not seem to work.

We have CF-54 units that I did the same with the appropriate card and after setting the Optional Kit Config was able to get those to work.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi glenn.craft,

This issue may come from your toughbook’s drivers. Could you try to update the latest BIOS, chipset, wwan drivers, etc. on Panasonic website?
