Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with 3G connectivity on the LX40 router. The connection was working fine, but it suddenly became unavailable. Upon inspecting the device, we noticed that both the network and signal LEDs are blinking red.
I attempted to connect, save the template, reset, and reboot the device, but the problem persists. We also checked the SIM card, and the provider confirmed that it is active.
I can provide the template and log files if someone can assist me in finding a solution to this problem.
You can access the log file and the saved template from the device using the following links:
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @adeladel,
I checked the log and the template files you shared. I saw status title=“Cellular State Details” value=“SIM PIN Incorrect, 3 Attempts Left” on the template file and SIM not ready : invalid PIN Code repeated many times on the log file.
Could you contact your Mobile Network Operator to obtain a SIM PIN, after that please follow the instructions on page 98-101 of https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airlink/software_reference_docs/airlink-lx40---configuration-guide/#sthash.FM05aRKF.dpbs. Or you can change to another SIM with the same Mobile Network Operator and see if LX40 works.
If you do the above but the issue still occurs, please share the log and the template files with me.
Thanks,
Thank you Sir for your response,
Exactly that’s what i notice , the SIM PIN incorecct, i’ll try to connect the provider to obtain the correct PIN number.
