Is it possible to permanently dismiss the Airlink Complete advertising banner? It was possible not long ago, but maybe a firmware update took that option away.

Are you referring to the Airlink Complete advertisement banner on the AirVantage system? If so, please share that URL link system on AirVantage with me so I can check further.

Yes, that is the banner: “The first year of Airlink Complete is included in the price of your new AirLink router. Register your new devices on ALMS today! For more information, go here”

I tried dismissing the AirLink Complete advertising banner, but each time I log in the banner still appears. It seems that the advertising banner cannot be permanently dismissed.

Thanks for verifying. In the past, with this model modem, the banner could be permanently disabled. I guess that ability was removed with a firmware update. Forced advertising. Thanks, Sierra!
