This LX-60 has a Mobile Data Terminal connected via Ethernet port 1 (eth0).
Users complain of intermittent connectivity loss.
On examining the log I found 129 “notice ALEOS_LINKMGMT_linkstatd: eth0 is now down” in the log"
Compared with some other devices in the fleet this amount is unusually frequent. I had the crew examine the Ethernet connectors at both the LX-60 and the Laptop dock. They are solidly in place with the clips intact.
Has this LX60 worked well before? Or is this the first time you’re encountering this issue?

→ I still don’t quite understand your description and connection diagram. Could you please describe it more clearly? If possible, please share the connection diagram with me.

→ From what I understand, you have LX60 devices that are working as expected, is that correct? Are the good devices and bad devices using the same configuration and firmware?
If that’s correct, please share the full log files and template files for both the working and non-working devices with me.
Additionally, please check the ethernet cables. If the good devices have the same configuration and firmware as the bad ones, try using the ethernet cable from the working device on the bad device to see if the issue still occurs.
