LS300 problems with SMS

Hi,
For the last two days I’ve had problems with LS300 communications.
When I send a command (#status for example), I get no answer. When I send a #reset, no answer also. However when I connect to eairlink I can see that my message was received and the modem did actually reboot.
I tried to send the quick SMS test, nothing recevied.
However, everything was working two days ago. Any ideas?

HI Vincent,

Is password and Prefix enabled on the LS300? By default they are.

If it you the SMS format should be: PW [Password] [Prefix][Command] // Prefix by default is &&&

So if you were to send the status command it would be
PW [Password] &&&status
