LS300 interposed SMS data on Verizon

I am having an issue with my LS300 where any text data received from a non-verizon account comes in interposed every two characters. Verizon-to-Verizon is fine, but anything else will show up as “214365” instead of “123456” for example.

Has anyone seen anything like this?
