LS300 brick

A colleague performed a software update on a LS300 which resulted in it being bricked.

There LEDs all go on and then nothing happens. It is not possible to connect to it using either IP or USB.

I have tried everything I can think of with the unit. I have googled and searched the dokumentation and the Sierra websites but come up empty.

What do I do now? Is there any software that allows me to reflash the software without AceManager?
