Dear all, good day. Currently, I have two LS300 devices that, upon powering on, experience successive reboots. Below, I provide you with the sequence of LED lights that repeats continuously.
And so the cycle repeats itself
When I try to access it via a network cable, it’s also intermittent in the same way
When attempting to connect via a USB cable, after having downloaded the drivers and adjusted the network IP, it still fails to recognize the USB cable.
Could you please assist me? Thank you very much in advance!

Welcome to our community!
- Based on the description, is it correct that your LS300 is experiencing continuous reboot issues?
- Have you ever successfully accessed AceManager on the LS300 before?
- After installing the driver and connecting the USB cable from the LS300 to the computer, are there any ports showing up in the device manager? Please provide a screenshot with me.
Hello good morning dears, regarding the questions:
- Yes, these two devices present these successive reboots
- Yes, the equipment has been working normally
3)After installing the drivers, I found that the two LS300s mentioned were not recognized. It is important to note that, at the same time, A the third LS300 device, which operates properly, is recognized without problems through the ports. It is relevant to mention that an exhaustive test of the connection (Ethernet and USB) was carried out on multiple laptops, without obtaining the expected recognition on the two LS300s with reboots.
4)I would like to inquire whether there is a procedure or method available for establishing a connection with the LS300 devices using a SERIAL cable. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with an instructional guide or detailed manual on this matter.
I remain at your disposal for any additional information or guidance you can give me in order to solve the reboot problems.
Because the LS300 is experiencing continuous reboots, the computer cannot detect the port.
Please perform a reset of the device to the Factory Default settings following the instruction:
Pressing the hardware reset button for 7–10 seconds reboots the device and resets it to the factory defaults. (When resetting the device to factory default settings, release the reset button when all four LEDs turn from red to yellow.)
Please refer to page 271 of the following document: https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airlink/software_reference_docs/airlink-aleos-configuration-guide-ls300/#sthash.zACIDqxd.dpbs
I wish to express my concern regarding the persistent issue of restarts on the two mentioned devices, despite having performed multiple factory resets. I would like to request your valuable assistance in resolving this matter and inquire whether you have encountered similar situations in the past and what approach was taken to address them.
I appreciate your attention and cooperation in this matter.
If you have performed a reset to the factory defaults correctly as per the user guide, but the device still experiences continuous reboots, you may not be able to troubleshoot it further.
In this case, it’s best to proceed with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request.
