Please perform a reset of the device to the Factory Default settings following the instruction:
Pressing the hardware reset button for 7–10 seconds reboots the device and resets it to the factory defaults. (When resetting the device to factory default settings, release the reset button when all four LEDs turn from red to yellow.)
