LS 300 4.4.0.012 firmware upgrade error

hello,

I am trying to upgrade my ls300 from 4.3.4 to 4.4.0.012
I got error when it is on stage 3 applying sayin “Unpacking firmware bundle failed. Please try again.”

does anyone know why?

What is the current firmware you have installed on your LS300?

make sure you unzip the file first. The firmware file you select should be a .bin not a .zip

Has there been an update on this? I am still having this same issue.

The “Unpacking firmware bundle failed” could related to not enough available space or file system corruption. You may need to contact the reseller where the unit was purchased from and ask to RMA the unit.
