no idea, you can use other antenna for comparison.
means the rfkill output signal from the laptop is active.
Note that you might have to reset the BIOS settings to defaults after adding a modem, or the rfkill software control is disabled and the rfkill signal is permanently asserted. Unless your laptop has a hardware switch - in that case you need to flip it.
