Is there anyway to know if the antenna has been disconnected or something? (GPS Antenna and GSM antenna)

You can know if the GPS antenna is present using at+wgpsant=2 command. As far as I know there is no way to check if the GSM antenna is present, but you can check GSM signal with at+csq
