IP Passthrough in RX55

I have been using RV50 and RV50X gateways in IP Passthrough mode to a host controller on the USB interface. The RV50 and RV50X in this mode forward the IP address assigned to the WAN interface to the USB interface. How do I configure the RX55 to operate in a similar fashion (i.e. assign the WAN IPv4 address to the host attached to the USB interface)?

Hi @mike.ives,

I understand your request, but the devices running AirLink OS only support IP Passthrough to assign the WAN IPv4 through the Ethernet interface.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. It is disappointing we won’t be able to use the RX55 as a drop-in replacement for the older RV50X devices.
