How MC7354 works with China Telecom Card

I change MC7354 firmware to VRW, and insert China Telecom SIM card(CDMA 2000).
Then the mobile broadband is not displayed in network status.
The device can work fine with China Unicom SIM card(WCDMA).

And skylight always crash immediately with China Telecom SIM card.

How can MC7354 work with China Telecom Card?

I think skylight crash due to wrong firmware.
If change firmware to VRW, skylight works fine.
Though it can’t connect to CDMA network.

China Telecom card can work fine in simulator agilent 8960.
It’s totally odd.
But it can work.
