MC7304's mobile broadband always off, can't on

Insert MC7304 to device.
And set firmware as GENEU-4G, insert WCDMA SIM Card and restart the device.
But the device can camp to network, display as no sevice.
After Air Plane mode on and off, the mobile broadband of SIM Card always off, can’t set to on, until restart.
Even restart, this problem always exist.
This time, open skylight, there is no firmware and some other items in options.

Where is wrong?
Change to error firmware?

I think this problem maybe come from ATT firmware.

After use MC7304, AT!PRIID? return that:
Carrier PRI: 9999999_9903213_SWI9X15C_05.05.02.00_00_GENEU-4G_005.001_000
No ATT firmware displayed.

Actually, I have try to switch to ATT, it can’t work, too.:frowning:

First time with ATT firmware:

Hi,

Seems like something wrong in the EU configuration, please try this one:

AT!GOBIIMPREF=“05.05.02.00”,“GENEU-4G”,“GENEU-4G_005.001_000”

Reset and it should able to register.
