HL7810 FOTA problem

Hi everyone,

I have HL7810 in version 5.4.10 and i would like to upgrade to the latest version
I tried with “AirPrime - HL78xx - Firmware Over-The-Air Guidelines - Rev3.0.pdf” ,
but always failed.

i registered the device in website.

in WDSC command, i tried both “AT+WDSC=X,0” and “AT+WDSC=X,1”.

What firmware version are you looking to upgrade to? Is it firmware 5.5.14.0 (HL7810_Release4.2_BP2)?

Hi,

you must upgrade in stages.

Try first to update from 5.4.10 to 5.4.12 (Release 3.3) by selecting ‘Upgrade to another Firmware’
