I have a Dell5570e, also called Sierra Wireless Airprime 68DP9, or model EM8805.
Not exactly sure what I did - but I wanted to enable this in my dell tablet for sending SMS messages - so I installed this file (see link below), from windows. A couple of things happened (command window opens, some commands on screen then is times out trying to restart the modem) and now its not showing up as a device, or even if I try a driver resintall, or even using this file again.
Is there any file I can download and run from windows, that can reset this thing? Its not clear from the support pages if there is a firmware file applicable for this item.
