GX440 will not go into Recovery mode


I have a GX440 and I have attempted to set it into recovery mode, but it will not complete the process. Not all lights go to amber as the activity light remains green.

I have attempted to log into the AceManager, but it will never connect.

I have searched to see if there is anything that I may have missed, but nothing seems out of the ordinary.

Note: When I attempt to just perform a reset, it will continuously go back and forth with flashing lights (connects & disconnects). Any ideas?

I checked this feature on my device and it works.
Did you refer to “how to enter Recover mode” on GX440 device in AirLink GX Series Hardware User Guide?
