How does one reset a GX400 to factory if the admin password has been lost, and the ‘Default Configuration Reset’ is ‘Not Allowed’?

As per http://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airlink/software_reference_docs/airlink-aleos-configuration-guide/ , If the password is lost, the only way to recover access to the AirLink gateway is to use the hardware reset button to reset the device to the factory default settings. If the reset button has been disabled (using the Default Configuration Reset field on the Admin > Advanced screen) prior to the password being lost, the only way to recover access to the AirLink gateway is through AirVantage Management Services, for which an account is required.

My scenario the ‘reset button’ has been disabled earlier and now the password is lost. I have a AirVantage Management Service account. Can you please advise how to go about configuring access to the GX400. Thanks in advance. 22 Nov, 2018
