I have a couple of GL7600 modems with firmware 2.23 which I would like to upgrade to the latest version 2.27. I have entered the serial/IMEI nos. in the FOTA page but the modems do never synchronize although they are connected to the network. Is there anything else I could try?

what are the return of “AT+WDSS?” and “AT+WDSI?”

Now I am wondering why the update function offers again version2.23:
“Upgrade to the latest firmware
GL7600 (Generic) (GL7600.2.23.172400.201706231140.x7120m_1)”
The firmware page linked to the GL7600

shows v 2.27, however.
maybe there is no such AVMS package for HL7600
