Gateway already exists when setting the update up

Hello there,

I am trying to set the firmware update up to a few modules HL7688 but AirVantage is returning that “a gateway already exists in the platform with the same identifier”.

I’ve tried to search it in my account but no operation has been set up with the same serial number in the same account.

Has this operation been set up in a different account? How can I get this to work?
