EM9191 support Band n78 frequency between 3600MHz and 3650MHz?

I have a private gNB running with Band n78 NR-ARFCN 642000 (3630MHz). Is EM9191 compatible ?

Yes, it is. According to EM919X-EM7690 Product Technical Specification r3.
The EM919x supports 5G NR n77/n78 Tx Freq Range (MHz): 3450 - 3650.
