N39 support on EM9291

Hello,

We are trying to use EM9291 with N39. According to specs (5G NR Sub-6 Module | EM9291), N39 is supported.

However, we have not been able to achieve any success with N39 (10 Mhz, 20 Mhz or 40 MHz)

We use Amarisoft Callbox. We achieved connection in B39, N38, N78. But with N39, we never succeeded.

Do you have any information about N39 support in EM9291. Which test and measurement tool was used to confirm N39 support ? Are there any specific parameters to consider ?

Regards,

JPS.

I checked the specification, it shows:

Thank you. Here is what is written on the page about EM9291 (5G NR Sub-6 Module | EM9291):

It says N39 is supported. Which one is right ?

have you checked AT!SDPREF? and AT!RFCOMBOS? to see whether n39 is listed?
If no, probably the firmware matches with the product technical specification

Thank you for your help and your quick support. This solves the question.

Here are the results:

So, it seems that the page about EM9291 (5G NR Sub-6 Module | EM9291) is wrong. This is spreading wrong information on many other sites.

In my case, I acquired em9291 only for N39 (this is what I am looking for these days). If information had been accurate, I would not have acquired it. I think it is important to fix the page with accurate information .

I hope someone from Semtech will read this.
