EM7565/EM7511 B48 One-Click Updater

Hello,

I have some (what I believe are early models) of EM7511 and EM7565 modules that I would like to use for a new CBRS deployment. However, despite showing B48 support on the datasheet, it does not look like these modules work with B48.

Running AT!BAND=? shows

OK

I found a few previous posts about early modules lacking B48 due to certification restrictions but it sounds like that was fixed after finishing FCC certification and an updater tool was made available to enable B48 on the existing modules. Where can I find a copy of this tool?

probably you need to contact distributor to get this tool

I was hoping someone here would be able to PM or otherwise provide the tool like in the past. These modules were acquired before me (hence why I think they are older) and we currently don’t have a distributor selected for new modules (which would come after evaluation).

I tried contacting support for Sierra and was directed to post here instead.
