Hello, I ordered a Sierra Wireless EM7565 on eBay, I had ordered it for a private CBRS LTE project. When I got the modem, I put one of my SIMs into it, and it would not connect. I checked band support with AT commands, and B48 is completely absent. I cannot find how to enable it anywhere, and would appreciate help.
I don’t see problem with my EM7565 module:

I heard there is a one-click tool that enables B42, B43, and B48. I cannot find this tool anywhere
You need to contact distributor to get this tool
This is not really an option for me, as I bought it refurbished on eBay, and they do not know what I am asking for when i ask for it. is there any other way I can get it?
maybe better you get another one in eBAY with another SKU
Edward, where are you located? might be best to work with an authorized distributor. Buying on ebay can be hit or miss. Distributors can support projects and evaluations.
