Hello,
I’m trying to understand the meaning of the output below in relation to a cell reselection issue I’m seeing.
What does “ThresholdLow”, “ThresholdHi” and “Priority” being “0” mean?
Does that mean 1) cell reselection is available but not configured? 2) does it mean the thresholds and priorities can’t be retrieved from the cell? 3) Something else entirely?

We’re seeing an issue with the EM7565 modem, which is embedded on a Fortinet firewall, not latching to the proper cell and trying to figure out whether this is an issue with the modem configuration or something else and trying to find a way to address it.
P.S.: Please bear with me as this is a completely new topic to me.
Thanks in advance!
