EM7455 Unresponsive after firmware update

I have a EM7455 which after being updated to 02.30.01.01_SPRINT_002.045 with the fwdl-litearm app (linux on ARM board) can not communicate via the serial ports not the MBIM interface. The serial ports are created ok but any write blocks.

Is there anything else I can do get get the modem responsive again?

Hi @adrianp, what does “lsusb -t” show you? In the normal case, it should show the USB interfaces and the drivers associated with each interface (GobiSerial and GobiNet).
