Hello, I apologize for bothering you, can someone help me? I have several Panasonic laptops with EM7355 Waan cards, and in Europe no network works for me, I see the network but it says NO signal and it doesn’t connect. I have tried all possible options and all the drivers but the result is the same. From what I can tell they seem to be somehow blocked on American networks. 1. Can they be flashed from Windows or is Linux recommended? 2. Does anyone have a guide in this area, I’m a novice I apologize once again and thank you.
You need to first check whether your local network operator supports the lte band of em7355
Thx I think thery are somehow US locked, 7305 does work and other models work as well but this does not.
Have you checked at!band? To see what LTE band has been enabled in your module ?
( you might need to unlock the module first by at!entercnd=“A710”)
I will check that thx.
Good advice above. Maybe I can help, we had this happen to us once before. Here is what we did - we used AT commands to get better information, we used one SIM card type, knowing which LTE network it should attach to, we used the AT!GSTATUS? command, we used the AT+CGDCONT? command to view what APNs are programmed into each slot, we used the AT+CGACT= command to test attaching, we used the AT+COPS? and AT+COPS=? command to check what LTE networks we were seeing. Responses from these commands will help the support staff and I to help again.
