Hello recently we installed to a customer a Sierra EM7355 Module. It connects fine as HSPA but it never locks to LTE Signal.
Is it because this module is ment to be used in USA and we are in Europe?, or we need to look something else?
Operating system is Windows 10 and all the latest drivers are installed.

Most likely. The EM7355 supports LTE B2, B4, B5, B13, B17 and B25 according to the product spec. You will have to look hard to find a European operator using any of those bands.
Use a module supporting the same bands as your operator.
Is it possible to lock data class to LTE? i was able to do that on MC7305 card but this em7355 doesnt have a COM Port to open a TELNET to it to run AT Commands
