Couldn't lock the frequency band on MC7354 (Embedded in Cisco C819HG-LTE-MNA-K9)

Hello;

I’m trying to conduct some testing by locking the frequency band on the modem MC7354 Embedded on the cisco C819 Router, According to Sierra Command Reference AT!DASBAND or AT!BAND should do, but I’m getting Error, Anyone had such experience of Frequency Locking on Sierra ?

@mbouchamekh,

Are you trying to just operate on a specific frequency band? If so then the at!band command is the one you are after, the dasband is for factory test mode.

I would try something along the below lines.
at!entercnd=“A710”
at!band=10,“test”,0,4

The above should lock a unit to band 3 LTE only.

Thanks for the answer …here the result

at!entercnd=“A710”
ERROR

@mbouchamekh,

Thats going to be a problem, this is the standard password set on every unit leaving the factory, it can be changed by the at!setcnd command which it looks like someone has done on your unit. There is no way to change it back.
