MC7700 - AT Commands "SELACQ" and "GBAND" NOT WORKING

Dear All,

Recently we purchased few sample units of Sierra Air Prime MC7700 modules for testing purposes within our LAB. The SKU No. for these units is " 1101535" and the module FIRMWARE Version is
" 3.5.10.2".

Currently the AT Commands “SELACQ” and “GBAND” are not working on this module. When we send these AT Commands to the module it absolutely does not have any kind of response for these commands. Also no error message is displayed. Currently we would like to set the RAT Acquisition Order as well as would like to know the current Operating Band on the module.

Please kindly let us know how we could fix the issue i.e How we could make the module respond to the above AT Commands? Cannot comprehend why these AT Commands are not working when the AT Commands guide already states that these AT Commands are already supported on the module.

Also would like to add that currently MC7700 is able to connect to 2100 MHz frequency band of some mobile network operators in Thailand only e.g. It is able to connect to 2100 MHz frequency band on AIS and TRUE network. But it is unable to connect to 2100MHz frequency band of DTAC network. I am quite perplexed. Module should be able to connect to 4G networks of all providers that support 2100 MHz frequency band.
