Hi @jelyons
Welcome you to our community
In order to troubleshoot your issue, could you please share with me some information as below:

  1. Has this issue happened before? Or is this the first time?

  2. Is this issue happens only with band 48 or all bands?

  3. Please upgrade to latest firmware for your EM7411 module following the link below, then recheck if the issue still happens in this case
    https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airprime/minicard/74xx/em_mc74x1-approved-fw-packages/#sthash.APuxuxIs.dpbs

  4. You can refer to Section C - Testing on page 72 in the link below for the test procedure
    AirPrime - EM7411 - Product Technical Specification

Thanks,

Jerdung,

Yes followed the steps on Page 72 see attached .txt. Looking into the firmware on our side and what is available to update with . It looks like the “AT!DALTXCONTROL” wasn’t introduced yet for the current firmware I have on the EM7411.

Hi @jelyons
I see that you are using old Release 16 so please upgrade to Release 20 which I provided in previous comment then recheck if the issue is resolved in this case.

Thanks,
