Cannot Ping RV55 after factory reset

I factory reset RV55 and now I cannot ping it using 192.168.13.31 IP. Can someone help.

Could you please answer the questions below to check the issue?

  1. When accessing the RV55 via USB, do you see any interface appearing like the one in the attached image?

  2. Please share a screenshot of the Network Adapters and Ports sections under Device Manager with me.
  3. If it shows an IP address like the one in my screenshot, then when you access https://192.168.14.31:9443/, what screen appears? Please share a screenshot with me.
