Hello, do you know of some tool that reestablishes an RV50 is doing an update from version 4.9 to 4.15 and when it finished it restarted only once and the power light has remained on, I have already tried factory reset and recovery mode restart by means of of the reset button but I can’t do it, the moment I stop pressing the reset button the power light returns to green and I never achieve communication or reestablish it.
Can someone help me please.

Can you ping 192.168.13.31 after recovery RV50? You can try logging into the RV50 at https://192.168.13.31:9443/
Note: The PC’s IP should be changed to the same subnet with the gateway as below
