Can not register device

I am trying to register a device but, after I add all the info, the device just doesnt appear in the monitored systems.
Steps:
On AirVantage dashboard, I click on MangOH register button, fill in SIM ICCID, WP IMEI, WP S/N and click on Register…
But then, when I go to Monitor-> Systems… no device is shown!

Can you help me please?

@mpadur,

It might be in the inventory tab (if you can see one) as it might need to be deployed.

Is this in the FOTA edition or an AV trial?

Sorry, i am not sure. What is FOTA?

I am new to the company and I was given this modem to try so it could be eventually used for a new project.

A trial would be ok for now.

@mpadur,

FOTA is an account type allowing you to perform a firmware over the air update, this does not have a timeout. An AV account is access to our cloud services and has a 30 trial period.
