After adding serial and imei I get: " No reference application found for HL7810"

Are you using at+kgsn=0 and at+kgsn=3 to get the IMEI and FSN respectively?

Yes I did . Exactly those commands.

have you contacted distributor on this?
It could be account problem

I faced the same issue once the hl modem didn’t have an LTE connection. I don’t remember now if I ran any at commands before trying to register on AirVantage.
