Absolutely.
You just have to set up ethernet bearer before starting the TCP socket server.
In fact (I haven’t tested this), my reading of the API suggests that a TCP socket server will automatically listen to all open interfaces (i.e. both GPRS and IESM Ethernet) - which may be an issue if you have a routable IP address on your GPRS connection…
