BC127 A2DP Sink and Source Confusion

Hello,

I seem to be having a misunderstanding of the BC127 module or possibly just Bluetooth in general.

I would like to have the BC127 be a central hub for multiple Bluetooth speakers and a single phone connection and stream music from one phone to multiple Bluetooth speakers. Right now, I am trying to route the phone’s A2DP to the wireless speaker and I am having issues with this.

I can connect from my phone to the speaker without any problem and stream music to this speaker via Bluetooth without any problem.

In my log below, I have the BC127 auto-connecting and auto-advertising itself so I can speed up the process when I reset the module. I check the status and show my config too.

I have noticed that the frequency of the speaker and the phone are different for A2DP communication. Will this affect anything?

I also notice that my phone is labeled as a sink and the speaker is labeled as a source. Presently I feel that this is the issue. How could this be changed?

Is there anything else that I am missing that could cause an issue?

Thanks,
Steven.
