Do other RV50X modems that are working fine have the same ALEOS version and radio module firmware as the modem experiencing the problem?
If the issue persists on one RV50X despite having the same ALEOS version, radio module firmware, and configuration as other functioning modems, it is likely a specific issue with that particular RV50X unit.
