Can i know the reason why the Module is restarting and again and again and after that it will stuck in the DM port??

After redownloading firmware to it, can it be recovered?

i mean if it can be recovered by firmware download, then that means probably there could be flash corruption

If it still behaves the same, then that could be some hardware issue like power supply not stable etc

e.g.

you can extract the R16.3 exe by 7zip.
After that you can open a command prompt to the new folder and type “fdt2.exe WP76xx_Release16.3_GENERIC.spk”

BTW, you can also check UART2 console log to see if there is any clue on the reset
