WP7607 ACC Board GPS test failed

We have failed to test the GPS using WP7607 ACC Board. Following is the AT command we used. Using the same command MC7430 can position properly. We have also used Sierra’s GNSS tool and still can’t position.
Please help and give advice.
thanks.

There is no satellite signal, have you connected gps antenna?

Have you started the gps fix operation by at!gpsfix command?

Hi @jyijyi

Yes.
I use an active antenna and send at+want=1
But after a period of time, it still cannot be positioned.
Under the same environment and test method, it can be located on MC7430.

You can try other antenna without +WANT command

Have you started the gps fix operation by at!gpsfix command?

Use other antenna test without +WANT command, and start the gps fix operation by at!gpsfix command.
Still can’t locate.

Are you in outdoor area?
It cannot view any satellite

Yes, the antenna is placed outside.

Then you can change another location to test

I’ve tried changing locations, antennas and modules to test.
The modules of WP76xx ACC board also cannot be located, but the modules of the MC series can be located.

Have you tried with wp76 mangoh board?

Hi @jyijyi

Yes,WP76 in mangoh board can be located.
Currently tested only WP7607 Mini Card Accessory Board cannot be positioned.

then it seems to be hardware issue if no problem is found on mangoh board…
