I didn’t find the last files. I have 663__full_q2686h.dwl, dwl.dwl and WIPSoft_v311.wpb.dwl, but they don’t work correctly with last devices.
You can download the last Open AT Software Suit. I think the last is the v2.30. After downloading the .exe file, double click it and it will unzip on a temp folder. On that folder you will find another folder named Firmware. There you will find the 7.4 firmware files for all the Wavecom´s devices on a .dwl file.
