WaveCom GSM Modem with Q2406E(WISMO Quik) chipset,SIM error

Hi,
I have one GSM moden,after inserting sim in device,the Red LED not blank,
I got an error in hyper terminal + CME error:10 (SIM not inserted ),but sim is in device , how can i handle this error?

Try searching for “factory” and/or “reset” in the AT Commands manual…?
