Verizon SIM registration failure with "00, All bands"

My Verizon SIM fails to register with band setting set to “00, All bands”.

It only works if I select “09, LTE ALL”.

“All bands” include 4G bands and the SIM should register with “00, All bands”.

What may be the root case of this problem?

Assuming that the unit can see the network (so the right band is selected then the lack of attach will have nothing to do with it. Can you use the attached teraterm script (its a zipped up text file) get the status of the unit and we can figure out what the issue is? I suggest you post the response as a file and not directly in a post (if you do it as code so it is not too long and contained in a sub window).
