Upgrade to "Full AirVantage" account

I understand that the AirVantage “FOTA edition” don’t have some of the features I need for my system.
I cannot find a place to upgrade my account.

Tried call on phone - got automatic answering machine.
Tried use this link

but when I press submit the window close and re-open.
