Develop section missing. URGENT!

Hi!
I try to start use AirVantage API but in AirVantage dashboard “Develop” section(described here https://doc.airvantage.net/av/reference/develop/) is unavailable.
I was trying to find any info in AirVantage docs about how to enable “Develop” section but no success.
Can you please provide info how we can enable it?

As you can see no Configure and Develop sections

Hi,

That is because those activities are not enabled for your account. You can check your current assigned profile by clicking on Navigation button on the top right corner > My account > Profiles > User Interface.
You then need to contact your administrators to enable those activities for your account. You can see administrators by navigate to Security tab under My account.

Hi,

I have the same problem. But from what I can see I have Full as profiles
I don’t see any option available about this tab when editing the profile.

Is this tab suppose to be available with the Free Unlimited FOTA?

Hi, It is not available with the Free Unlimited FOTA. You can contact to get support for your account: https://source.sierrawireless.com/airvantage/av/faq/

I have a similar problem, my account as full as profile, but register and inventory section are missed.

I have 2 notes for this case

  1. If your account is Free Unlimited FOTA, the tab will not available on this account type
  2. If it is not. You can check your profile to see whether the options are enabled on your account as below.

The account needs the permission from Administrator to get the options. Please contact him as below

Hi! how can I do to login into “normal” AirVantage account (so not unlimited fota one?)

I followed the procedure to sign up for a new account with Develop and Configure tabs. You can try it at

yes, I solved the problem in this way… I wanted to avoid creating another account with another email, but it was not possible.
